Required Skills:
Experience leading data migration and governance for IBM Maximo implementations
Strong expertise in data migration planning, data quality management, and governance frameworks
Deep understanding of Maximo data model (Assets, Locations, Inventory, Job Plans, etc.)
Experience with data mapping, transformation, and enterprise asset management systems
Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data migration tools, and data validation techniques

Responsibilities:
Lead data strategy, governance, and migration activities for Maximo projects
Define data quality standards and validation processes
Manage data mapping, transformation, and migration execution
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout implementation
