Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Data Analyst-SAS, SQL, Teradata. This contract position involves supporting customer journey deployment through technical design, data quality assurance, and detailed analysis to drive insights and improve processes. Pay rate range (CAD): 50.72/hr-$60.87/hr
Responsibilities
Design technical specifications for customer journey deployment
Support user acceptance testing to ensure data availability and quality across platforms
Conduct detailed analysis and investigations to identify issues, trends, and insights
Develop reporting and measurement solutions for customer journeys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
Monitor data integrity and implement quality control procedures
Document technical processes and analytical findings
Desired Skill-Set
5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and campaign or journey measurement
5+ years of experience in fintech, telecommunications, or customer-facing environments
Strong hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Teradata/DBVisualizer, Salesforce CRM, and Power BI
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Effective stakeholder communication skills
Experience supporting data-driven projects and initiatives
Nice to Have
Knowledge of customer journey mapping tools and methodologies
Experience with additional analytics platforms or programming languages
Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks
Previous experience working in a hybrid or flexible work environment
