Senior IT Project Manager – ERP Transformation

🔳 Hiring: Senior IT Project Manager – ERP Transformation (Public Sector – Alberta) 🔳

🔘 Stafingo is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support our public sector client in Alberta on major ERP transformation initiatives.

◾ Location: Remote (Canada) – Quarterly meetings for candidates outside Edmonton
◾ Start Date: August 3rd, 2026
◾ Contract End: June 30, 2027 + 6 months possible extension
◾ Role: Senior IT Project Manager – ERP Transformation

🔳 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex ERP transformation projects involving business, technical, vendor, and executive stakeholders
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting
• Support initiatives including:
• ERP transformation (SAP / 1GX / similar platforms)
• Procurement modernization (source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier management)
• Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting solutions
• HRIS, workforce management & scheduling initiatives
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk strategies, and executive reporting materials
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders

🔳 Required Experience:
• 8+ years of senior project management experience
• Large-scale ERP transformation delivery experience
• Public sector/government project experience preferred
• Strong SAP/ERP implementation background
• Experience with governance, stakeholder management, risks/issues, and multiple concurrent projects
