What You Bring
✔ Hands on experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead
✔ Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or related
✔ Strong expertise in Scrum ceremonies & Agile delivery practices
✔ Experience supporting multiple Agile teams and priorities
✔ Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Backlogs, Sprint Tracking)
✔ Strong backlog management & Product Owner collaboration skills
✔ Excellent facilitation, coaching & stakeholder engagement abilities

Nice to Have
⭐ Experience with Data & Analytics teams
⭐ Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric or Power BI
⭐ Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, etc)
