🚨 Hiring: Specialized Finance Manager (Accounting Policy & Advisory) – Toronto, ON 🚨
We are currently seeking a highly skilled CPA, CA professional to join a leading Canadian financial institution in a 15-month contract opportunity supporting the Chief Accountant’s Department.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite at TD Centre)
📅 Duration: 15 Months (Extension/Permanent conversion possible)
Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ CPA, CA designation
✅ 5+ years of financial accounting experience
✅ Strong IFRS technical accounting research and advisory experience
✅ Experience reviewing and preparing external financial statements and disclosures
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Big 4 accounting firm experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG)
Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with Expected Credit Losses (ECL)
⭐ Banking or financial services industry experience
⭐ US GAAP exposure
