Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Information Security Analyst – PaloAlto/Zero Trust to support a security transformation focused on modernizing security policies and integrating Palo Alto technologies with Entra ID.

Pay rate range (CAD): $72.46/hr – $86.96/hr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize Palo Alto security policies and supporting infrastructure
Integrate Palo Alto solutions with Entra ID to enable identity-based access controls
Support Zero Trust and least-privilege security initiatives
Perform security assessments and recommend actionable improvements
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for security platforms and integrations
Collaborate with internal teams and BA resources to execute technical delivery
Document security processes, policies, and architecture for transformation activities
Desired Skill-Set

7–10+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Network Security
5–7 years of experience with Palo Alto Networks, including SASE and Zero Trust implementations
Familiarity with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE)
Strong working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
Proven experience integrating identity platforms with network security tools
Experience designing identity-based security policies
Ability to assess security posture and translate findings into improvements
Solid communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Automation and scripting experience
Security certifications
