Must-Have Skills:
✅ 10+ years of experience in #IT
✅ 3+ years of hands-on #cybersecurity experience (threat management & industry practices)
✅ 5+ years of #incident management experience
✅ 3+ years using tools like #Power BI to create reports, data flow diagrams & visual presentations
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:
-Bilingual in #Spanish
-Experience building custom threat #mitigation reports
-Exposure to red teaming (vulnerability & web app assessments), #SOC, device management, and compliance/policy work
-Experience managing large-scale incident calls with C-level executives
-Certifications like #CISSP and/or #CISM
