Job Alert: We are looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst for one of our banking clients in Toronto, ON, Canada. This position is a 6-month contract with potential extensions.
**Requirements:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in creating user manuals, process documentation, and training materials, preferably for financial or liquidity management solutions.
– High-level understanding of liquidity management principles, banking products, and treasury operations.
– Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of leading sessions and extracting business requirements and workflows.
– Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training for end users.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient with documentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, or equivalent.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying and addressing documentation gaps.
– Banking experience is required.
