🚨 We’re Hiring | CIS Clinical Analyst – Pharmacy 🚨
📍 Location: Remote within Canada
⏳ Contract Duration: 12 Months
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | 7.5 Hours/Day
We are seeking an experienced CIS Clinical Analyst – Pharmacy to support a major Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation initiative within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Gather and document clinical and system requirements
✔ Conduct workflow assessments and gap analyses
✔ Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
✔ Design, build, validate, and test pharmacy-related clinical content and workflows
✔ Support implementation, go-live activities, and user adoption
✔ Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications
✅ Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent Pharmacy-related education/experience
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst, Clinical Informatics Analyst, or similar role focused on Pharmacy
✅ 5+ years of experience with Health Information Systems (EHR/CIS) or pharmacy operations in acute care environments
✅ 3+ years of experience supporting CIS/EHR implementation projects involving pharmacy workflows
✅ Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, and documentation
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with CIS/EHR implementations in healthcare organizations
⭐ Knowledge of CPOE, medication management, order sets, and clinical workflows
⭐ Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and JIRA
⭐ Public healthcare experience
⭐ French/English bilingualism is an asset
Work Arrangement
🏠 Remote within Canada
✈ Ability to travel to New Brunswick approximately once per month if required
