💼Job Title: E-Commerce Technical Lead (SFCC Lead)

Role Summary:
The E-Commerce Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and drive the implementation of a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce technology ecosystem. This role requires extensive experience across commerce platforms, order management, Merchant of Record (MOR) solutions, payment systems, tax, fraud management, and related technologies.
Required Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in IT with a strong focus on e-commerce implementation and delivery.
* 5+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale business solutions supporting high transaction volumes and global commerce operations.
* Deep expertise in Commerce Platforms, Payment Gateways, Fraud Prevention, Merchant of Record (MOR), and Order Management Systems (OMS).
* Strong understanding of web architectures, object-oriented design principles, APIs, and data integration patterns.
* Experience supporting multi-country, multi-currency, and multilingual commerce environments.
* Ability to provide consultative solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce B2B Commerce, Global-e, ESW, and Narvar.
* Familiarity with supporting technologies including PIM, DAM, CMS, CDP, Marketing Automation, Search, Web Analytics, and Content Personalization tools.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
* Hands-on experience with integration platforms including MuleSoft and Workato.
* Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and modern integration technologies.
* Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
