🚀 AI Program / GenAI Delivery Lead – Enterprise AI Transformation (Contract)
📍 North York (Hybrid) | 🕒 6 Months (Strong Extension Potential)
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Delivery Leader to drive execution across GenAI, Data, and AI product initiatives in a fast-moving enterprise environment.
This is not a traditional PM role — you’ll be operating at the center of AI strategy + delivery execution + operating model design, helping scale how AI is built, tested, and adopted across multiple teams.
🔥 What you’ll do:
Lead delivery across GenAI / AI / Data pods
Shape and scale AI operating models & delivery frameworks
Drive AI product adoption and business value realization
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data, ML, Engineering, Product)
Enable GenAI / Agentic AI initiatives from prototype to production
Improve delivery performance (velocity, cycle time, execution flow)
Support governance across AI safety, data privacy, and model quality
🧠 What we’re looking for:
Strong experience in AI, GenAI, ML, or Data program delivery
Background in technical delivery leadership (not pure PM)
Exposure to AI operating models, AI transformation, or AI product scaling
Comfort working with data engineers, scientists, and platform teams
Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe)
Familiarity with modern AI concepts (LLMs, MLOps, experimentation)
💡 Bonus:
GenAI / LLMOps exposure
AI governance or enterprise AI scaling experience
Experience in fast-paced product or platform environments
