🚨 Urgent Hiring – Service Desk / Deskside Support Lead 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON
💼 Experience: 5+ Years

I am currently looking for a Service Desk / Deskside Support Lead with strong experience in ServiceNow, ITSM/ITIL processes, Infrastructure Support, Intune, and SCCM.

✅ Experience managing L1 & L2 Service Desk and Deskside Support teams
✅ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Problem Management
✅ Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, device deployment, and patch management
✅ Expertise in infrastructure support and end-user computing environments
✅ Experience with asset management, IMAC activities, and knowledge management
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
