🚨We’re hiring for a Technical Customer Success Manager (Remote in Canada). This is a highly strategic, technical, and customer-facing position where you’ll: • Own customer relationships end-to-end (post-sale + implementation + growth) • Lead onboarding, migrations, and platform implementations • Act as a true strategic partner – not just a relationship manager • Work hands-on with APIs, integrations, and technical solutioning Who we’re targeting: ***Telco backgrounds (strong preference) – Customer Success – Implementation / Onboarding – Technical Account Management OR *B2B SaaS / Product companies – API integrations – Platform migrations – Customer onboarding – Technical solutioning Package: $100K–$120K + Equity + Benefits – Remote (Toronto-based, EST) – Light U.S. travel (1–2x per quarter) DM for more details – no third party agencies.
