💰 Pay Rate: Up to $50/Hr
🕒 Experience: 8–12+ Years

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics and AI initiatives within Wealth Management. The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve investment decision-making, client experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning models
• Support portfolio optimization, client segmentation, predictive analytics, and risk analytics
• Partner with Wealth Management teams to identify high-value AI use cases
• Lead feature engineering, model validation, and experimentation initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering and MLOps teams to operationalize models
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and responsible AI standards
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to strategic AI initiatives

Required Skills:
• 8–12+ years of Data Science or Advanced Analytics experience
• Strong ML and statistical modeling expertise
• Wealth Management or Investment domain experience
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
• Experience working with large-scale data platforms and analytics pipelines
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
