AI Operations Specialist

#Hiring for a AI Operations Specialist for a Fortune100 Major Retailer in Canada!
[6 months contract + extensions, 2-3 times per month to Toronto, ON]
*Rate: $70 per hour INC

Looking for:
– 5+ years of experience managing technical programs, product delivery, or scrum operations in complex, fast-paced environments.
– Agile Expertise: Deep practical experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a proven track record of managing delivery across multiple simultaneous pods.
– Technical Fluency: Strong foundational knowledge of data environments. You must be comfortable speaking the language of data engineers and data scientists (e.g., understanding data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and data warehousing).
– AI/Data Exposure: Prior experience navigating the unique lifecycles of data analytics, machine learning, or GenAI projects (including understanding data preparation, model training, and moving prototypes to production).
– Stakeholder Mastery: Outstanding communication skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical blockers into business impact and manage expectations around technical ambiguity.
