The Role
We are seeking a Junior IT Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support for our users and IT systems. This role will assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting our Microsoft-based environment.
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support for end users
Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and client-side email issues
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and peripherals
Assist with device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
Troubleshoot basic network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Use ticketing systems and remote support tools to resolve user issues
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
Who You Are
You have experience with Microsoft Active Directory
You have experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows 11)
You have experience with Microsoft 365
You have experience troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware
You are knowledgeable of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
You are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You have strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Windows Server administration
Experience with Mobile Device Management (Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune)
Experience with IT ticketing systems
Experience using remote support tools
Basic knowledge of IT security best practices
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $55,000 – $65,000.
