Looking for an experienced Technology Support Specialist providing L1/L2 IT and restaurant systems support, managing escalations, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding, network and corporate technology operations, while improving support processes, training, and SLA performance across corporate and restaurant environments. Must have 3+ years of experience in a IT support role previously.

This is a fulltime opportunity in Vancouver & this role requires you to work onsite 5 days/week.
