✔️ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada & willing to work hybrid (remote & 2 days onsite in Toronto, ON)
✦ ᴍᴜsᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ➡️ Minimum 5 years as an IT Project Coordinator, including any project coordination for enterprise AI enablement initiatives, including rollout of tools such as Microsoft Copilot and AI powered productivity solutions, by supporting implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, change management activities, adoption tracking and cross-functional execution across business and technology teams
✔️Project coordination for CRM or any large enterprise application implementations or Corporate Rebranding (IT Stream Coordination)
✔️Preferred candidates have skills with project tools including Microsoft Project, Planner, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools
✔️It is an asset if you have Public sector experience (Or Utilities/Regulated Environment)
