Sr IT PM/Program Manager (Banking required)

Exciting Contract opportunity: Sr IT PM/Program Manager (Banking required)
Location: Downtown Toronto – 3 days on site
Rate: 110/hr

Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services or large enterprises (experience working with AI, CoPilot)
2. Hands-on experience with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
3. Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrated delivery plans, dependencies, and risks (RAID logs {often Excel / PPM}, Governance trackers, Decision logs)
4. 5+ years of experience supporting large technology or business transformation initiatives (SDLC, DevOps, operational readiness for production)
5. Exposure to enterprise delivery frameworks and governance models

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– PMP, ACP, or equivalent
– PPM Experience
