Required Qualifications
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams
Strong understanding of:
PEP (Politically Exposed Persons)
MSB (Money Services Business)
Adverse Media screening
Intermediate AML knowledge and expertise
Experience with:
AML risk rating
AML typologies
Border-related AML compliance areas
Experience implementing and leading change management initiatives within operations
Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements
Strong understanding of:
AML operations
Regulatory reporting
AML standards, procedures, laws, regulations, and industry trends
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
Excel
Word
PowerPoint
