📍 Hybrid | Ontario

🕒 12-Month Contract | Potential for Permanent Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Change & Project Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within a dynamic insurance environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in stakeholder engagement, change adoption, operational transformation, and enterprise program delivery.

💼 What you’ll be doing:
Lead end-to-end change management initiatives
Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies
Support enterprise-wide transformation programs across business functions
Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance reporting
Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and cross-functional collaboration
Partner with Product, Operations, UX, and Technology teams to improve user experience and business readiness

✅ What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in project/change management
Strong background in large-scale transformation programs
Experience working across business, operations, and leadership teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Non-technical project management experience preferred

💰 What’s in it for you:
$35–39/hr (T4)
$40–46/hr (Incorporated)
Hybrid work model (remote Mondays & Fridays)
Exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives and senior leadership collaboration
