Job Description
We currently have one-year contract opportunities for 3 Project Coordinators (Technology & Workplace Modernization) to support Project Managers and Management Consultants in delivering enterprise workplace modernization and operational deployment initiatives across multiple civic locations in Toronto.
This role focuses on supporting:
Physical workspace transitions
Technology deployments
Stakeholder coordination
Operational rollout activities
The environment is fast-paced and requires strong coordination, communication, and execution support across multiple sites.
This is a hybrid role, and candidates must be comfortable traveling between various GTA locations throughout the week. The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities across multiple sites is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and administrative support to Project Managers
Assist in deployment execution and operational rollout activities
Manage communications across internal teams and stakeholders
Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment
Qualifications:
3–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination or PMO support
Experience in enterprise environments and project delivery support
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
Client-facing experience with emotional intelligence and composure under pressure
