We are seeking two experienced IT Reporting Analysts (Data) to support regulatory modernization initiatives through advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
In this role, you will work closely with regulatory data specialists, business analysts, and BI advisors to design and deliver data-driven reporting products that support evaluation, monitoring, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build automated dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
• Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and visual analytics
• Design and maintain data models using Azure-based platforms
• Integrate AI capabilities (Python) for trend analysis and insights
• Consolidate and synthesize data from multiple sources
• Lead QA/QC and validation of reporting products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Provide end-user training, SOPs, and ongoing support

Required Experience:
5+ years hands-on Power BI design, development, and optimization
building BI, analytics, or visualization platforms,
using analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights,
working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders,
developing business requirements documentation,
creating analytical and quantitative models,
strong communication, documentation, and business writing skills.
Experience evaluating and applying emerging trends and technologies.
