Our client, Environment and Protected Areas, is undergoing a major digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing regulatory systems through the implementation of a new Digital Regulatory Assurance System.
We are seeking two experienced Change Management Analysts to support organizational change activities tied to multiple releases. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced transformation environments and have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption experience.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of organizational change strategies across multiple releases
• Develop and manage stakeholder communications, presentations, and engagement materials
• Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, resistance, and readiness activities
• Identify training and communication gaps and implement targeted solutions
• Lead post-release feedback collection and analysis
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve adoption and user experience
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to align activities with project goals and timelines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across releases
Must Have:
• bachelor’s degree in a related field
• PROSCI or CCMP certification
• 5+ years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations
• 5+ years of experience creating change management deliverables and strategies
• 5+ years of strong written and verbal communication experience
• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Direct experience facilitating organizational change initiatives
• Experience defining and measuring change success metrics
• Strong stakeholder and leadership relationship management skills
