Metrolinx is looking for a Senior Technology Architect to lead the modernization of enterprise & operational technology systems across large‑scale transportation and maintenance sites.

This is a hands‑on, senior‑level role for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, regulation, automation, and secure system design.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Authoring and modernizing technology standards & architecture
✔️ Designing open, secure, future‑ready systems for transportation facilities
✔️ Ensuring compliance with AODA, TSSA, Ontario Building Code, CSA B44
✔️ Leading standards for building automation, control systems & OT cybersecurity
✔️ Working with multi‑disciplinary stakeholders in a mission‑critical environment

✅ What We’re Looking For
🔹 7+ years in technology architecture / systems engineering
🔹 Experience with large sites (500+ control points)
🔹 Strong background in building automation, SCADA, access control, CCTV, communications
🔹 Proven expertise with regulatory compliance & open standards
🔹 Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, BACnet, Modbus, ONVIF, PLCs

📍 Location: Onsite – Toronto
📆 Start: May 2026
⏳ Contract: 6 months
💼 Public Sector experience: Nice to have
