Lead complex healthcare transformation initiatives through digital health and information and communication technologies. Responsible for end-to-end project delivery (including planning, budgeting, scope, and resource management).

Drive healthcare system analysis and redesign (including surgical processes, intake models, governance, and performance reporting), oversee EMR and electronic ordering system implementation and optimization, and support integration of laboratory systems and electronic results reporting.

Require Master of Business Administration, Prosci Change Management Certification and Valid Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent), experience leading large-scale organizational and service transformation initiatives, managing change strategies, and presenting outcomes to senior leadership while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy legislation.
