Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Junior Product Manager/Product Analyst – Wealth/Asset Management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Operations team of Wealth Management, providing essential support for various financial products and services. The role involves collaborating across teams, managing operational processes, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive client success and operational excellence.

Pay rate range (CAD): $33.33/hr – $40.00/hr

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for product management activities
Support the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Communicate effectively with business partners and clients regarding inquiries
Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues
Analyze data, develop insights, and recommend improvements
Prepare and format reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
Assist in change management activities, focusing on implementation and sustainment
Ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions and activities aligned with compliance standards
Resolve standard issues and escalate complex matters to senior team members as needed
Contribute to continuous process improvements and participate in project planning and testing
Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements and operational risks
Collaborate on new process or system development and updates
Support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities
Map multi-team process flows for operational clarity
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders to meet service delivery goals
Desired Skill-Set

Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
At least 2 years of in-office work experience
Post-secondary education in any field
Exceptional attention to detail on repetitive tasks
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively
