Senior Project Delivery Lead

🌟 We are hiring for a Senior Project Delivery Lead (PM/BA Hybrid) – Security & Infrastructure 🌟🔐

We’re seeking a strong Senior Project Delivery Lead with combined Project Management and Business Analysis expertise to lead technology initiatives in Security and Infrastructure.

📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: 100% Onsite in Regina, SK (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
📅 Contract Term: June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027 (with strong extension potential)
⏰ Submission Deadline: May 10, 2026

💼 Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end project delivery (full SDLC) for Security and Infrastructure initiatives
✅ Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and governance
✅ Conduct requirements elicitation and translate business needs into technical specifications
✅ Own test strategy, test planning, UAT oversight, defect management & traceability
✅ Act as primary interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
✅ Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and successful transition to operations

✅ Mandatory Requirements:
🔥 8+ years combined experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
🔥 Proven ability to independently lead complex IT projects from initiation to closure
🔥 Strong background in Security and/or Infrastructure projects (highly preferred)
🔥 Experience leading requirements gathering, testing strategy, and cross-functional delivery
✨ PMP, CBAP, PROSCI or Prince2 certification
✨ Experience in utility / large enterprise environments
✨ Strong Agile / Hybrid delivery methodology knowledge
✨ Experience with MS Project or similar tools
