Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Our banking client is hiring for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. They are hybrid 2-3 days per week at their downtown location.

Must have Big 5 Banking experience. Financial Services Cloud and nCino experience are highly preferred.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Must have considerable recent experience working within big 5 banks
2. 4+ years of Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuration and user management.
3. 10+ years of experience as BA with strong requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.
4. Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
5. 3+ years of recent Hands-On Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs.
6. Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – Credit package on top of Salesforce – looking for solid experience here
