Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Payments
📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid (4 Days WFO) | Contract (6–12 Months)

We are looking for a BSA – Payments (5+ yrs experience) with strong expertise in Real-Time Payments & SWIFT messaging.

🔹 Key Skills: Payments Domain, Real-Time Payments, APIs, Bulk Transfers, Sanctions, ESS

🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• End-to-end requirements gathering & documentation (BRD, User Stories, NFRs)
• Manage full requirements lifecycle from discovery to validation
• Work closely with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders
• Support QA with defect validation & requirement clarity
• Document data flows, system integrations & dependencies

🔹 SWIFT & Sanctions Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT MT/MX & ISO 20022 (pain.001, pacs.008, camt, etc.)
• Experience in message mapping, validation & transformation
• Exposure to sanctions screening & regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams for implementation

🔹 Technical Collaboration:
• Strong experience in APIs & system integrations
• Data mapping & process flow documentation
