BA/Systems Analyst

Exciting Opportunity: BA/Systems Analyst – Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Outlook (Spanish required)
Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid
Rate: 75/hr

Required Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role supporting IT or digital workplace initiatives
2. Foundational technical knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Outlook architecture, Mailbox types (e.g., user, shared, service, resource), Outlook add ins and integrations (COM, web add ins, third party tools)
3. Strong experience analyzing data and creating Power BI reports
4. Fluency in spoken Spanish is required to support collaboration with Spanish speaking teams

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Experience supporting Microsoft 365 or Exchange modernization initiatives
– Familiarity with software compatibility assessments or application rationalization
– Experience working in large, regulated, or enterprise environments
– Knowledge of change management and user adoption considerations
