Required Skills and Experience:

Lead operational excellence in Azure and AKS production environments
Handle complex incident triage; mentor junior engineers during live issues
Build and maintain Terraform and GitOps (ArgoCD) workflows
Improve observability and alerting with Azure Monitor and open‑source tools
Ensure compliance, security controls, and network segmentation best practices
Conduct detailed Root Cause Analysis and drive problem management
Automate SOPs and reduce manual operational work
Collaborate closely with platform and application teams

Minimum Qualifications
Certifications (one or more):
CKA (strongly preferred)
Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AWS Solutions Architect Professional

Experience Requirements:
8+ years in cloud operations or infrastructure
4+ years hands-on Kubernetes
Strong Azure and Terraform experience
