We’re looking for a highly skilled BI Specialist to lead the development of reporting standards, strengthen BI governance, and elevate the quality and consistency of analytics across the business. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to make a significant impact by building scalable, trusted, and self-service reporting solutions.

In this role, you’ll:
✔ Define and implement Power BI development standards
✔ Improve report quality, consistency, and governance
✔ Standardize enterprise metrics and reporting practices
✔ Mentor and upskill BI developers and analysts
✔ Support scalable self-service analytics across the organization

What we’re looking for:

🔹 6+ years of BI / analytics experience
🔹 Strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query & data modeling
🔹 Experience with BI governance and quality frameworks
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
🔹 Passion for building trusted, enterprise-scale analytics solutions

📍 Hybrid role — North York, ON (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
📍 Located at 243 Consumers Rd, near Hwy 401 & 404
