Information Architect – our client requires an Information Architect with public sector experience to provide professional information architecture expertise, and undertake comprehensive architecture needs assessments and complex reviews in support of systems/infrastructure needs for clients (i.e. I&IT clusters, their clients and enterprise I&IT organizations). This architect will participate in enterprise-wide and cross-jurisdictional architecture projects with information components.

Mandatory Requirements Include:
– Public Sector Experience
– 3+ years’ experience developing/reviewing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for quality and adherence to standards
– 3+ years’ experience Providing general and situation-specific information architecture interpretation advice and expertise to other project and/or enterprise level I&IT project teams, client management and staff, cluster clients, and external contractors.
– 3+ years’ experience with Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools (e.g. PowerDesigner, ERwin, MySQL Workbench, MagicDraw, Visio, Jira)
– Demonstrated experience developing checkpoint deliverables and creating necessary artefacts for checkpoints
– 3+ years’ experience GO-ITS 200PRS OPS EA Governance Requirements – 3.2 Standard Enterprise Architecture Artefacts

Desirable Requirements Include:
– Experience with Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools (e.g. PowerDesigner, ERwin, MySQL Workbench, MagicDraw, Visio, Jira)
– Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
– Experience developing/reviewing conceptual, logical, and physical data models for quality and adherence to standards
– Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
