We’re Hiring: Data Team Lead – Hybrid, Fredericton, NB

Are you an expert in data migration, ETL, and enterprise transformation? This long-term opportunity offers the chance to lead a talented team and play a key role in a major provincial data modernization initiative.

As the Data Team Lead, you will guide a team of 6–8 specialists, drive end-to-end data migration activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful delivery for a large-scale SaaS transformation project.

Key Must-Haves:
6+ years technical leadership on complex data migration projects in large enterprises
8+ years ETL design and implementation (legacy system extraction & provisioning)
8+ years applying data migration best practices and data mapping
3+ years CAMA project experience within provincial government
