We’re partnering with an innovative organization that’s transforming how data is used to make smarter, faster decisions in the insurance space – NOW HIRING A DATA SCIENTIST!

Role: Data Scientist
Hybrid | Toronto 3 days/week onsite
6-month contract with strong potential for extension
Pay range: $40 – $45/h Inc (flexible)

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Build predictive risk models from the ground up
Uncover meaningful signals across complex claims data
Develop explainable AI that business teams can trust
Work with evolving datasets to create intelligent, real-world solutions

We’re looking for someone who has:

2-4 years of Data Science experience
Insurance industry experience (P&C or Auto is a strong advantage)
Strong machine learning and statistical modeling skills
Experience working with complex, real-world data
The ability to translate technical insights into business value
