✦ ᴍᴜsᴛ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ➡️ 6+ years’ experience with AI/ML, applied to data science/analytics, including anomaly detection, predictive monitoring, AI-assisted data transformation, or automation. Ideal candidate will have public sector experience, preferrably with large government datasets.
✪ Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (remote +few onsite meetings in Edmonton, AB)
✦ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs✦
✔️ 6+ years’ using statistical and computer languages including R, Python, SQL.
✔️ 6+ years’ building analytical and quantitative analysis models, preparing data for prescriptive and predictive modelling, and applying data analytics/data science methods.
✔️ Strong experience with statistical modelling, data mining techniques, complex statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and business problem framing.
✔️ Experience supporting data governance, data access, collaboration, evidence-based decision-making, data product design, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise data assets.
✔️Preferred candidates have experience with React.js, Vue.js, end-to-end analytical/AI applications, Hadoop, Spark, Azure or Snowflake
✔️ It is an asset to have experience with data sharing, data-linkage, de-identification, metadata, data quality, ethics, synthetic data, data literacy, data pipelines, dashboards, visualizations
