We’re searching for a senior Data Platform Architect who thrives on solving complex data challenges, building modern cloud-native systems, and guiding teams toward engineering excellence.
In this hands-on, strategic role, you’ll partner with architecture and engineering leaders to design scalable, high-performance data solutions that power real-time analytics, enterprise decisioning, and future growth. You’ll influence the roadmap, mentor engineers, and help shape the tools, patterns, and principles that define the data platform of tomorrow.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Architect enterprise-grade data solutions across cloud, data lake, and data warehouse environments
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and senior engineers
Partner with business stakeholders to convert strategy into actionable, scalable data solutions
Build, debug, and optimize data pipelines and platform components
Shape forward-looking technology roadmaps across data engineering and cloud platforms
🔧 What You Bring
10+ years across Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, or DevOps (5+ years in Data Engineering)
3+ years in senior IC roles (Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Architect)
Deep expertise in Data Lakes, Data Warehouses & advanced SQL (Snowflake preferred)
Strong programming skills (Python)
Hands-on experience with AWS (Azure/GCP also considered)
CI/CD, IaC, monitoring/observability, and modern DevOps practices
Experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, and real-time data processing
Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, metadata, RBAC, encryption, IAM
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to all audiences
