HIRING: Senior Data Engineers (x2) – Long-Term Contract
📍 Remote Canada or Hybrid in Saskatchewan | 🔄 Contract to March 2027 + 1-year extension option

Are you a Senior Data Engineer who loves tackling complex data problems, building high-impact pipelines, and shaping scalable data architecture? This is a rare multi-year opportunity to work on large, high-visibility analytics projects supporting critical public systems across Canada.
🌟 What You’ll Do
• Design & build robust ETL pipelines using Informatica, SQL, SSIS, APIs, and more
• Architect relational + multi-dimensional models (star/snowflake, SCDs, facts/cubes)
• Optimize & automate data ingestion and transformation processes
• Build analytics tooling that drives real-world insights for operations and strategy
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain ETL environments
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and data-sharing agreements
• Mentor analysts and junior data resources
🎯 You Bring
• 5+ years as a Data Engineer (or similar role)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter, IDMC, Workflow Manager, TDM, etc.)
• Strong SQL + experience with Oracle / SQL Server
• Experience designing scalable ETL architectures and data pipelines
• Knowledge of Python, PL/SQL, R, shell scripting, APIs
• Background working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Located in Canada and eligible to work
✨ Nice-to-Haves
• Azure Data Engineer certification
• Experience with healthcare data
• Cloud platform experience
