Are you ready to lead the charge in building next-generation data platforms? We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer Lead to drive enterprise-scale data solutions, modernize cloud architectures, and enable AI/GenAI capabilities across the business.
What you’ll do:
Lead design and implementation of scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt Core/Cloud, and AWS.
Define the technical roadmap, architecture standards, and data strategy.
Mentor and guide Data Engineers, fostering engineering excellence.
Champion data quality, governance, and pipeline performance.
Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, business-driven data solutions.
What you bring:
15+ years in data engineering with 5+ years on Snowflake, dbt, and AWS Cloud.
Expert in SQL, Python, Shell, Terraform, and multiple programming languages.
Strong experience with relational, big data, and NoSQL databases.
Hands-on with data visualization, orchestration tools, and AI/GenAI initiatives.
Proven leadership and mentorship skills in fast-paced, complex environments.
Optional: Insurance domain knowledge and relevant certifications (SnowPRO, dbt, AWS).
