We’re looking for a proactive IT Production Support Engineer with strong experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure) and DevOps to support and manage critical business applications.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ L2 support for cloud-hosted applications
▪️ Infrastructure monitoring using cloud-native and third-party tools
▪️ Troubleshooting CI/CD and cloud deployment issues
▪️ Automating tasks with Python, Shell scripting, Power Automate
▪️ Supporting BI tools like Power BI and Cognos
▪️ Collaborating with development and cloud teams

🧠 Required Skills:
▪️ Autosys, Windows Scheduler
▪️ AWS/Azure expertise
▪️ Python, Shell scripting
▪️ DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
▪️ Windows/Linux environments
▪️ IT Production Support (L1/L2) best practices
