Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to lead and manage the PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, upgrades, and support activities across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PeopleTools, application administration, and environment management in a hybrid infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage PeopleSoft environment setup, maintenance, cloning, and troubleshooting.
Oversee installation, configuration, and patching of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools.
Manage and monitor core infrastructure components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Integration Broker.
Perform upgrades using PeopleTools and Change Assistant, including PUM images and tax updates.
Collaborate with development and functional teams for code, configuration, and data migrations.
Administer security across PeopleSoft layers (LDAP, SSL, roles/permissions, firewalls).
Tune application servers, web servers, and databases for optimal system performance.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.
Lead root cause analysis for system failures, performance issues, and integration problems.
Coordinate with DBAs, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors to ensure system uptime and compliance.
Mentor junior administrators and assist in training, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Administrator in complex enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Integration Broker.
Experience with Change Assistant, PUM upgrades, and tax updates.
Solid grasp of application security, performance tuning, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
