Exciting Opportunity: Jr Support Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid – 3 days on site)
Employment Type: Contract
Must Have Skills:
– Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently
– Lead triage meetings and coordinate incident resolution calls
– Utilize SOAP UI and SQL to query and analyze databases.
– Collaborate with development teams, providing system mentoring and leveraging tools like Dynatrace and Autosys.
– Engage in a 24/7 pager support rotation (one week every three weeks).
– Manage relationships with stakeholders, including Mid Office, Front Office, and Development teams.
– Execute Unix scripting using commands such as root, cd, ls, ltr, tail, and more.
– Write and execute SQL queries, including SELECT, JOINs (INNER, LEFT, UNION), for data retrieval and analysis.
