We’re looking for a Workday Functional Solution Architect to lead the strategic design and optimization of our Workday environment. This is a high-impact role partnering with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned Workday solutions.
🔹 Lead Workday modules like Core HCM, Talent, Absence, and Security
🔹 Translate business needs into powerful Workday configurations
🔹 Mentor junior analysts and support cross-functional solutioning
🔹 Be the go-to expert driving Workday innovation and excellence
🎯 Requirements:
✔️ 8+ years in HRIS/ERP, with 5+ years in Workday
✔️ Expertise in multiple Workday functional areas
✔️ Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
✔️ Workday certifications preferred
