📍 Position Overview
Title: Product Analyst
Location: Remote (within Canada)
Start Date: May 28, 2025
End Date: May 29, 2026 (with potential for extension)

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into detailed user stories and solutions
Manage and resolve items in JIRA
Investigate incidents and manage enhancement requests
Lead and execute user acceptance testing (UAT)
Bridge communication between business and IT stakeholders
Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards

✅ Qualifications
3–5 years’ experience in a Product or IT Analyst role
Experience mentoring or leading small teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Experience in Agile environments
Strong proficiency with JIRA
Experience with SAP S/4 ERP (v1809+), Cash Management, TRM, or Concur

Bonus:
Exposure to Workday HCM or Workday Adaptive Planning
