Job Opportunity: Project Manager/Leader (Oracle Siebel CRM) – Hybrid – Toronto, ON 🇨🇦

Are you a seasoned Project Manager/Leader with expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and large-scale IT transformation? We’re seeking a results-driven professional to lead high-impact, complex initiatives within the Ontario Public Sector (OPS). This hybrid role, based in Toronto, ON, is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in both business and technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level IT projects (multi-year, multi-million dollar).
Align project execution with stakeholder expectations, scope, timelines, and budget.
Manage cross-functional teams (OPS staff and consultants) and resolve resourcing issues.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
Interface with senior leadership and participate in steering committees.
Promote adherence to OPS project management methodologies and IT best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of enterprise project management (business + IT).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Siebel CRM implementation and support.
Demonstrated experience in managing Agile/Scrum project delivery frameworks.
Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial forecasting and reconciliation.
Tools: MS Project, Visio, Teams, Jira, Kanban, Trello, etc.
Experience in large-scale software deployments and infrastructure rollouts.
Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of PMBOK, AODA compliance, and Information Management practices.
Familiarity with government procurement, policy, and security/privacy frameworks.
Experience leading QA/testing and documentation efforts (e.g., Privacy Impact Assessments, RFIs, Business Cases).
