We’re Hiring: 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐍𝐨𝐰 ITOM/𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 📍 Location: Remote – Canada 📄 Long Term Contract 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: • 8+ years of experience managing IT operations/ ITOM, quality control, process improvement, and compliance • Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery and IT Operations Management capabilities • Experience analyzing operational performance data and identifying improvement opportunities • Ability to oversee Discovery schedules, integrations, plugins, and platform upgrades • Experience coordinating with IT leadership and stakeholders to deliver operational insights • Strong understanding of IT operations governance and continuous improvement practices 📄 If interested, please share your updated resume or connect via DM.
