Workplace Technology Adoption

We’re Hiring: Associate, Workplace Technology Adoption (Contract)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)6 months with renewal
Rate: $70/hr
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, people-first professional to join our client’s Workplace Technology team on a 6-month contract with renewal . You’ll play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft 365, AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise, and other workplace technologies across a global workforce.
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging learning content – guides, videos, teach-ins, and workshops
Drive communications around tech and AI updates across internal channels
Track adoption metrics using tools like Power BI
Collaborate with IT Support, End User Engineering, and cross-functional teams
Identify barriers to adoption and develop practical, user-focused solutions

What You Bring:
5+ years in training, communications, or a related field
2+ years supporting workplace technology and/or AI initiatives
Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Copilot, PowerPoint) and ChatGPT Enterprise
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Curiosity, emotional intelligence, and a knack for translating technical concepts to everyday users
Experience using Power BI to drive insights (nice to have)
Background in Financial Services or working with knowledge workers (an asset)
