About the job
Position: Senior UAT Specialist
Client: Enterprise Banking
Type: contract – 1 year + extensions
Location: Hybrid Toronto – 3-4 days a week on site
Rate: 65- 72/hr on T4 or 75-85/hr MAX on incorporation
Required Skills & Experience
– 7+ years of relevant UAT experience.
– Advanced SQL knowledge.
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to update and automate processes.
– Previous experience in the banking/financial services industry.
Knowledge Required:
– Understanding of financial statement preparation.
– Knowledge of Canadian Regulatory Reporting (including Capital adequacy) and/or extensive financial reporting knowledge.
– Strong understanding of databases.
Soft Skills Required:
– Strong communication skills.
– Independent worker.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Understanding of capital markets products is an asset (specifically securities).
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior UAT Specialist to support a top bank in downtown Toronto for a 12-month contract. This person needs advanced SQL and Excel skills to support two areas within the Finance group.
This individual needs to be an independent worker and problem solver. They need a strong understanding of databases and previous financial services experience.
