Are you ready to take on a cutting-edge role in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, transforming network landscapes with your expertise? We’re seeking a skilled Technology Architect/Network Designer to join our dynamic team on a long-term contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Network Designers to implement Next Generation LAN and WAN across MOH PSAP locations.
Design and configure SD-WAN, including policy and template development.
Create detailed network designs and configure switches, routers, and firewalls accordingly.
Implement dynamic routing protocols (BGP/OSPF) and ensure seamless network operations.
Conduct physical installations of SD-WAN routers, LAN switches, and HA firewalls.
Develop comprehensive plans for infrastructure remediation (HVAC, power, etc.).
Define and enforce Firewall policies and traffic routing strategies.
Test configurations, troubleshoot network issues, and implement QoS policies.
Maintain network inventory and support environment during project phases.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Cisco 9K, SD-WAN (Viptela), Palo Alto Firewalls, VMware networking operations.
Expertise in IP routing (IPv4/IPv6), Cisco 9K switches, and VoIP QoS implementation.
Strong familiarity with Windows and Unix OS administration.
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Jenkins/Ansible) for configuration management.
Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass, Palo Alto Panorama, and XDR technologies.
Ability to thrive in agile, dynamic environments with strong communication skills.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of PR in Canada or Canadian citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience (7-10 years).
Proven track record in critical 24×7 operational environments.
